People want to know what you have actively done to ensure the safety of your customers. Let them know about any new policies and business practices. As we go back out into an uncertain world, your potential and returning customers will want to be reassured that you have their health in mind.
- Keep your customers updated through your social profiles: Organic social strategy can still be very effective. Your customers will be looking for up-to-date information directly from the source, and this is the easiest and most economical way to do it. Posting regularly to your profiles will keep your customers in the know, and make them more comfortable returning to your business. Make sure you have a quick response time to any questions/inquiries in your comments and direct messages.
