This client wanted store traffic to their already busy store. They had tried advertising in the past, mostly through organic social posting and SEO efforts but noticed that 99% off their store traffic was from word of mouth or simply based on their great location. They also wanted a plan for the opening of 2 additional stores just 2 years after we began working with the company

What we did:
We built out local action campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to the stores and search campaigns as well. Quickly we found that the local actions campaigns was the winner for this business and shifted budget to there. We also created influencer style social media ads to boost brand recognition in the area and drive social traffic in. The client, who always asks “how did you hear about us” was amazed to find how many people were now responding “I saw you on Instagram”. As the influencer content began to take off we looped in videos of the owners and promotional ads as well offering discounts on their kitchens. This showed to be a great success as people were coming in wanting to take advantage of these deals.Since they also have an e-commerce site we built out multiple Google and Meta Ads campaigns focusing on different target audiences with an attempt to bring down the Cost-per-acquisition of a new customer to the absolute lowest.
